Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Within 30 days of receipt of your item, we will exchange or refund your purchase based on the product policies below.

Return/Refund Policies
You may return most items still in like-new condition - worn only for trial fit - within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.  If the return is due to our error or product defect we will pay the return shipping. 

1. Clip-ons Sunglasses.(flip-up clip-ons not included)
We will exchange your original selection for a different size at no additional charge. Returns only will be refunded, less shipping charge.

2. Prescription eyewear.
One time exchange for a different style/size.  Returns will be refunded in full, less the cost of  the prescription lenses and shipping charge.  

3. OPTX 20 20. We will refund an un-opened package or exchange for a different strength.

4.  Non-prescription Multifocal Computer/Readers, No-Line Bifocals and Premium Bifocals.  One time exchange for a different style/strength.  We will refund any return less the cost of optional AR coating and/or Computer Tint.  

5.  Swim goggles.  In like new condition, have not been in the water, only worn to determine fit and vision.  Full prescription swim goggles, less the price of the lenses.  

6.  3M Press-On lenses.  Uncut in like new condition.
